As entrepreneurs, we work for indefinite amount of hours, set aside the things we value, & even sacrifice our health to barely get some time to sleep, with hopes that we reach our goal of financial independence. It can quickly become a vicious cycle.

Our goal is to structure a plan to gradually remove you from an employee environment, and have you, the C.E.O., focus on greater plans for your company's future, and most importantly ; YOU.

The Covid-19 pandemic brought upon us terrible losses and set backs that encouraged Karla follow her dreams. Her goal is to have a balanced life style, and also encourage C.E.O.'s to do the same. By being involved in the local community, she continues to share knowledge to all types of industries. She thrives knowing she helped small businesses expand, increase revenue, and achieve their dreams. Karla Chacon was able to execute her knowledge and skills to organizations in different fields that applied systems to achieve rapid growth. With more than 10 years of experience in restaurants, bond companies, laboratories, law firms, etc., she is now able to deliver knowledge, skills, and guidance for those that want to intensify their growth.
